Questions
Can PetKlndr see my clients and their information?
No. Your clients, pets, notes, messages and payments are seen only by you, the owner who signed up, and the team members you invite (a trainer you invite only sees the clients you give them). PetKlndr doesn't look at your records: to run the service we only see your business name, your login email and simple counts like how many clients you have. We'd only open your records if you ask us for help, or if the law requires it. We never sell your data or use it for ads, and you can download everything at any time.
Can I look around before signing up?
Yes. Tap Try the demo and you get your own sample business with clients, dogs, a calendar and invoices for 15 minutes, no sign-up needed. Nothing you do there is sent to anyone.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Start your free trial with just an email address. You only add a card if you decide to keep using PetKlndr.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. PetKlndr works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On an iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like an app.
Where does my clients' money go?
Straight to you. Clients pay through your own QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe or Square account, by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Zelle, or you take cash and checks. PetKlndr never holds your money.
Do texts come from my own number?
Yes. Connect your own Twilio number and every reminder, "On my way" and reply goes through it, so clients always see your business number. Without it, everything goes by email.
I use Outlook, not Google. Does it work?
Yes. Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and your sessions go on your Outlook calendar, online booking skips the times you're busy, and client emails come from your own Microsoft address.
I already use Calendly, JotForm or Mailchimp. Do I have to stop?
No. Connect them: Calendly and Acuity bookings show up in PetKlndr as sessions, form answers from JotForm, Typeform, Tally, Google Forms or Wix become leads, and your clients go to your Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Constant Contact list for newsletters. Switch over at your own pace.
I don't have a website. Can PetKlndr help?
Yes. Every business gets a free one-page website with your logo, services, prices, reviews and a Book button. It updates by itself when you change your services in PetKlndr.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Export a CSV from your old app or spreadsheet and import your clients and pets, packages (with the sessions already used) and upcoming appointments. Importing the same file again never makes duplicates.
Will my clients see my brand?
Yes. Add your logo and color, and your booking page, payment page, client portal and emails show them, with a small "Powered by PetKlndr" at the bottom.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Every business gets its own link in Settings, Refer a friend. A friend who signs up with it gets a free month on top of the free trial, and when they pay their first month, you get a month free too.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. You can download all your data at any time.
